Bulk carrier Turquoise Ocean grounding

Bulk carrier Turquoise Ocean ran aground on a sandy bottom in the Columbia River off Longview after engine failure in the morning Mar 27, sailing downstream from Longview with cargo of potash. According to USCG, vessel regained power soon after grounding and was able to refloat under own power. Vessel was ordered to proceed to Longview for survey. At 0500 UTC Mar 29 vessel was still in Longview.
