Passenger cargo vessel Que Huong 2 suffered engine failure in the evening Mar 25 off Phu Quy island, east of Vung Tau, Vietnam, while en route from Phan Tiet, with 73 passengers and cargo on board. A tug or rescue boat was dispatched to tow disabled Que Huong 2 to Phu Quy port, reportedly Que Huong 2 is to arrive to Phu Quy on tow in the morning Mar 26.
