Ro-ro Grey Shark still on fire

One of the two ro-ro Grey Shark engines caught fire on Mar 14, on Mar 15 the remaining engine failed and fire spread to cargo space. USCG cutter and commercial tugs arrived on the scene, vessel was taken on tow and towed to New York, from where she sailed on Mar 11. In the morning Mar 18 vessel was docked Homeport Pier in Staten Island, New York. Coast Guard, FDNY and NYPD are fighting the fire. As of morning Mar 20, situation and condition of the vessel are unknown, there were no reports yet saying that fire was extinguished or under control. According to latest report dated Mar 19, fire was still smoldering. On a photo docked Grey Shark with many firefighting and police vehicles gathered on the pier.
