Migrants wave hits Black sea

Romanian Coast Guard spotted a suspicious boat at 2130 LT Feb 27, some 10 miles off Cape Tuzla, Constanta, Black sea, which was moving towards the shore. Boat was in near-distress condition, due to stormy weather. Coast Guard patrol ships escorted the boat to Constanta, arriving there at 0230 LT Feb 28. 20-meter fishing boat under Romanian flag was carrying 70 migrants from Turkey, mostly Syrians, including 7 children and 20 women. This is the tenth migrants incident in Black sea in two years.
