Malaysian fishing vessel Kha Yang ran aground on the reefs of St. Brandon atoll, 230 nm north of Port Louis, Mauritius, Indian ocean, on Feb 1. Vessel is still aground, on Feb 14 salvors started to pump out some 25 tons of fuel on board of Kha Yang. No spill reported, Comarco Salvage Company is contracted to refloat the vessel and tow her to Mauritius. On a photo grounded Kha Yang.
