Product tanker Silver Carla in distress in North Sea

Product tanker Silver Carla reportedly dragged anchor in stormy weather west of Helgoland island, Germany, North Sea, on Jan 11, started to drift towards Frisian islands, and requested assistance. Vessel tried to heave anchor, but suffered blackout. Salvage vessel and tugs were dispatched to the distressed vessel. At 0330 UTC Jan 12 Silver Carla was in position 54 17N 007 02E, 30 nm east of Helgoland, moving in NE direction at a speed of 2.5 knots, most likely on tow of salvage vessel Nordic (IMO 9525962) and tug Bugsier 10 (IMO 9429560).
