General cargo vessel Scanlark towed back to Kiel

General cargo vessel Scanlark suffered engine failure on Jan 9 (though according to track, it happened earlier, on Jan 8 or 7) after passing Kiel Canal, north of Kiel, and had to drop an anchor, which was dragged in a stormy weather prevailing in the area. Kiel tugs were dispatched to assist, and managed to take vessel on tow after some difficulties with heaving the anchor or both anchors. Vessel was towed to Kiel and moored in the evening same day.
