Product tanker MANGUN JAYA allided with mv KMP VICTORIOUS 5, both grounded

Anchors of tanker MANGUN JAYA and mv KMP VICTORIOUS 5 were dragged on anchorage off Cilegon oil terminals in Sunda Strait, Indonesia, on Dec 20. At around 1330 LT vessels allided, and being stuck together, drifted, still with anchors down, on a shallow. Local tug wasn’t able to refloat vessels because of bad weather, a bigger tug was ordered. Present situation unknown, at 0900 UTC Dec 21 MANGUN JAYA was shown as anchored near collision and grounding site. There were talks about evacuating the crews. No data found on mv KMP VICTORIOUS 5. Judging from photo, it’s a big ferry, maybe misspelled name.
