General cargo vessel FORTUNE LIFE Update: 8 rescued, 11 missing

According to latest Philippine Coast Guard statement issued on Nov 28, there was 19 crew on board of general cargo vessel FORTUNE LIFE, including 1 Vietnamese nationality and 18 Chinese nationalities. 8 crew were rescued by Coast Guard, 11 are still. Missing. Vessel was loaded with 7,500 tons of feldspar.
Comment: vessel said to sink after capsizing, it may be assumed, that capsizing was caused by feldspar shifting.

General cargo vessel FORTUNE LIFE in the morning Nov 27 reported sinking in South China sea in 17 14N 118 01E, some 130 nm west of Luzon island northwest coast. Vessel was en route from Kaohsiung Taiwan to Kuching, Malaysia. No other info available at the moment.
