General cargo vessel IBLA found in near sinking condition
General cargo vessel IBLA arrived to Monfalcone port, Italy, on Nov 10, and was detained after PSC inspection, which found a number of detainable deficiencies, including massive corrupted steel areas, and structural deficiency with water leak in engine room.
