The mysteries of Socialist Fisheries

Fish processing trawler SIMON BOLIVAR was found in Panama at Braswell Shipyard, Balboa, in a deplorable state and abandoned. Vessel was bought by Venezuelan president Chavez for Socialist Joint Venture Industrial Fisheries of the Bolivarian Alliance (Pescalba), with Chinese backing and Cuban share. Later vessel was reported as stranded in Peru, and all of sudden, on Nov 10 was found in Balboa. Last AIS signals were registered more than a year ago, from Callao, Peru.
