Container ship Horizon Fairbanks broke free of her moorings in the morning Dec 9 in a strong wind with gusts up to 67 mph, in Port of Bellingham, north of Seattle, Washington, USA. Vessel is in a lay-up. Tugs took her back to the berth at Bellingham Shipping Terminal. On a photo Horizon Fairbanks taken back to berth, aft mooring lines can be seen.
