Coastal freighter Calypso sank off Haiti

Coastal freighter Calypso sank at around 1930 LT Nov 21 some 45 miles north of Cap-Haitien, Haiti, reported USCG Miami. Vessel requested assistance after she began taking on water and developed starboard list, USCG tried to salvage Calypso with an extra pump delivered by a helicopter, but starboard list was increasing, and 7 crew was evacuated. The Coast Guard Cutter Thetis was monitoring the vessel until she sank, presumably after capsizing starboard. No data found on Calypso, on USCG photo there are no name or IMO number on Calypso stern.
