Crimean Black List, Second Edition

Ukrainian activists spotted another violator of EU sanctions against Crimea. Turkish general cargo vessel Alican Deval is engaged in Crimean wheat exports. During July 21-24 vessel loaded a shipment of Crimean wheat at Avlita Terminal, Sevastopol Sea Port. Any shipping activities through Sevastopol sea port are also prohibited, the port itself is subject to EU sanctions. Black Sea News online edition published a second version of Crimean Black List of vessels, trading in Crimean ports. List includes 36 Russian, 12 Greek, 2 Romanian, 2 Singaporean, 1 Italian, 1 Bulgarian, 1 Egyptian, 1 Panamian, 1 Ukrainian and 1 Estonian vessels. Nationality of the vessels is determined not by flag, but by nationality of owner. List in En with all details may be found at:
