Malaysian tanker Oriental Glory attacked in South China Sea, cargo stolen

Malaysian product tanker Oriental Glory was attacked by pirates in South China Sea late on July 15, said Malaysian navy and officials. Pirates siphoned some 2500 tons of oil, damaged navigational equipment and reportedly, engine, and fled. Vessel was en route from Singapore to Malaysian State Sabah, Borneo. 15 crew is unharmed and safe.
