CMA CGM's 'NOURA EXPRESS' changes port rotation time.

As of June the 20th the CMA CGM's 'NOURA EXPRESS' goes fortnightly:

Service: Middle East - Somalia

Operator: CMA CGM ('NOURA EXPRESS)

Port rotation: Jebel Ali - Khor Al Fakkan - Salalah - Mombasa - Mogadishu - Jebel Ali.

Date of change: 20 June.

Duration: New: 28 days (stretched from 21days)

Frequency: Fortnightly

Vessels: 2 instead of one: OSAKA TRADER phases in on 2 July at Jebel Ali.

Weekly Capacity: 865 TEU

DELMAS - New Middle East to Somalia Service:

DELMAS, a member of CMA CGM Group, launches its new NOURA EXPRESS service connecting the Middle East and Somalia. The first vessel employed on the 21 day-frequency service will be CMA CGM KAILAS (1850 TEU) starting on February 2, 2014. Currently, only 2 existing Feeder services by MSC and SIMATECH are calling Mogadishu. According to the latest international naval efforts, the number of piratical attacks in Somalia dropped tremendously in 2013.
