K Line Becomes Slot Partner on North Europe – Far East Service AEX7/AEC8
K Line takes slots on CSCL and UASC’s jointly operated North Europe – Far East service AEX7/AEC8. K Line brands the service NEB and started taking slots on 16th April on the vessel AIN SNAN at Ningbo. The service currently deploys 10 vessels on a weekly frequency and a 70 day-rotation. It has an average weekly service capacity of 13,825 TEU. Other slot partners on the service include Hanjin (CFN), YMM (AX7), CMA CGM (FAL2) and PIL (AEX7) (see news: North Europe – Far East AEX7/ AEC8/ FAL2 Service is Subject to Modifications)
Currently K Line already covers this corridor through the CKYHE alliance services NE2, NE3, NE5, NE6, NE7 and NE8.
AEX7/AEC8 (expected in May): Hamburg – Antwerp (new) – Le Havre – Suez Canal (way point) – Jeddah – Port Kelang – Shekou (Shenzhen) – Ningbo – Shanghai – Hong Kong – Yantian (Shenzhen) – Port Kelang – Suez Canal (way point) – Port Said (new) - Rotterdam – Hamburg
