Mississippi closed in Iowa after barge struck bridge

On Tuesday, 8th of April, a barge struck a railway bridge at the busiest U.S. waterway - the Mississippi River. The U.S. Coast Guard shut the river at Sabula, Iowa for one mile north and one mile south to the zone of the accident. The closure of the area took place at about 03 p.m. local time. The incident is being investigated.
