Explosion on NORTHERN GUARD, one person dead

On April the 6th, an explosion occurred in one of the container rooms of cargo ship NORTHERN GUARD. One crew member died in the accident.

The container ship was on its way from Pipavav, India to Colombo, Sri Lanka. After the explosion the voyage of the container vessel was stopped. The NORTHERN GUARD moved to Mumbai and anchored at the outer harbor.
