Maersk Takes Slots on Korea - Philippines Service KPS

As of March 21st, Maersk will join KMTC as a slot sharer on the Korea – Philippines service KPS, which is jointly operated by CMA CGM’s Intra Asia subsidiary Cheng Lie Navigations and Heung A. Maersk will however not cover the whole port rotation but will skip the Vietnam and Philippines ports. The Danish Liner will start to slot on KPS with the vessel CORVETTE.

The KPS service deploys 3 vessels on a 7 day-frequency and a 21 day-rotation. It has a weekly average service capacity of 1735 TEU.

KPS: Inchon - Busan - Kwangyang - Shanghai - Manila *- Ho Chi Minh City* - Hong Kong* - Shekou (Shenzhen)* - Inchon. (* skipped by Maersk)
