Maersk launches New Intra South America Feeder CALYPSO

The Danish container liner Maersk plans to launch a new intra North Coast South America feeder service named CALYPSO, by April. The new service can be seen as an addition to the latest launch of the Argentina – Brazil shuttle, covering South America’s South Coast. With new calls at Georgetown, Guyana, and Paramaribo, Suriname, Maersk widens its South America coverage. Via Manzanillo, the shipment hub at the Panama Canal, the feeder service is connected to the rest of Maersk’s shipping network.
