Freighter Dong Hai No.1 sank in Japan sea, 3 dead

A small cargo vessel Dong Hai No.1 sank in the morning Feb 21 13 in Niigata Prefecture waters, Japan sea, reported world.people.com.cn citing the Kyodo News.
Japan Navy helicopters rescued 12 crew, but 3 of them, 1 Chinese and 2 Koreans, died, presumably because of hypothermia. Vessel left Aomori for South Korea, loaded reportedly with some 100 tons of scallop. Dong Hai No.1 is Cambodia-flagged, displacement 296 tons. If Google translated the Chinese-language news correctly and cargo was scallop, then, the vessel was reefer. No other data found. 12 crew included 3 South Korean and 9 Chinese nationalities. If anyone knows vessel’s details, please advise vmd@odin.tc
