Captain of the product tanker Sea Meridian died when vessel was sailing from Botany Bay, Sydney, to New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand, reportedly of a heart attack. Vessel arrived to New Plymouth on June 30 13 late at night, police launched an investigation.
