The death of two electrocuted Filipino crew on board of boxship Adrian confirmed

The death of two Filipino crew on board of boxship Adrian confirmed – they’ve died from electro shock in a pump room on June 3 13 at around 18:00 ship’s time, and were found in the morning next day. There was something of a shortcut, or maybe naked wire contacted water accidentally spilled on room’s floor. Actual cause of the tragedy was water on the floor.

Maritime Bulletin was informed by a reader, that two crew, third engineer and a fitter, both Filipino, died on board of boxship Adriana in the recent days, exact date unknown. They died from electric shock in a pump room, details unknown. Information is unconfirmed. Crew is mixed Ukrainian - Filipino, managed by Marlow. Vessel is en route from Santana to Suape, Brazil.
