General cargo vessel Barbara sold on action to cover debts

General cargo vessel Barbara sold on action after vessel was arrested in Assens, Denmark, in late December last year. Vessel was arrested by law firm Nordia in Odense, reported Maritime Danmark, on behalf of shipyard in Gibraltar. The crew also had wage debts, and the arrest filing was joined by ITF. Now after the vessel is sold, the shipyard and the crew, which left Barbara long time ago, will be paid. The former owner of the vessel, German ship owner Intersee, had other vessels detained for wage debts, including m/v Julietta.
