Chinese fishing vessel aground on Tubbataha Reef

Chinese small wooden fishing boat with number 63168 on bows ran aground on Tubbataha Reef in Sulu sea around midnight Apr 8, reported Philippine Coast Guard. Vessel is to be refloated and towed to Palawan, 12 crew, all Chinese, is suspect in poaching. Chinese fishing boats invade inner Philippine waters so often recently, that Philippine believes China authorized those intrusion, allegedly to distract Philippine Navy from Spratly Islands and to spy.
