Korean freighter Rainbow Joy suspect in hit and run, but details are confusing

Philippine Coast Guard reported hit and run off Davao City, involving Korean general cargo vessel Rainbow Joy. Freighter sailed from Davao on Oct 4 in the morning, exact date of collision is unknown, presumably Oct 6. Rainbow Joy rammed local fishing boat FBca Raisa with 11 crew on board, busy with hauling the net at around 09:00 LT.
The fishing boat sank almost immediately, while freighter after slowing down for a short time increased speed and resumed sailing, moving away without even checking the consequences of collision and attempting to rescue the fishermen. Fishermen were quickly rescued by nearby fishing boat and brought to the shore. Luckily, nobody died or got injures.
Last known position of Rainbow Joy is 05 03N 124 50E at 06:27 UTC Oct 6, meaning vessel sailed some 150 miles from collision position in some 5-6 hours, which is hardly possible with Rainbow Joy cruise speed 12.5 knots. Somewhere there is a mistake, either with date or with time. Maritime Bulletin http://www.odin.tc
