Vinashinlines freighter Diamond Way stuck in UAE with unpaid dues and other debts

Vietnamese general cargo vessel Diamond Way is stuck in Jebel Ali Port, UAE, from the beginning of the August.
Vessel arrived to Jebel Ali road on Aug 2 2012, then was docked, offloaded the cargo of steel pipes, and detained for unpaid port dues, which already ran up to some $80,000. The 19 crew wasn’t paid their salaries too, some of the crew weren’t paid for 10 months. The owner/manager, Vinashinlines, doesn’t answer Master’s and agent calls and messages.
The vessel is free to leave after manager pays dues and refuel Diamond Way, which ran out of supplies and fuel. Crew moved from cabins to upper deck because conditioner is off, as well as other equipment including it seems, AIS system, too. Last AIS signal was dated Sep 10, vessel was in the same position docked in port. Maritime Bulletin
