Multi Marine Venture Sdn Bhd ("MMV") (Co. No.: 661581-X) is a subsidiary company of Kayfour Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (“KDC”) (Co. No.: 359890-K). MMV was formerly known as Multi Minerals Venture Sdn Bhd and incorporated in August 3rd, 2004. MMV’s registered corporate office located at Wisma Kayfour Development Corporation, No. 53-2, Jalan Wangsa Delima 5, Pusat Bandar Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. MMV’s shareholders are Kayfour Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (70%) and Mrs Marini binti Mohammed Kasim (30%). MMV appointed AMK Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (“AMK”) as our company secretarial and Imran Chartered Accountants (AF 1481) as an auditor and tax agent. The company’s authorized capital is RM 1,000,000.00 and paid-up capital is RM 1,000,000.00. The company’s principle banker is Public Bank Berhad which is located at Medan Idaman, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.

MMV, is a provider of OSV and supports offshore oil and gas Exploration and Production ("E&P;") activities of oil majors. Different types of vessels provide various services to offshore rigs. During normal operations, Straight Supply Vessel ("SSV") keep the rigs provisioned and supplied while Anchor Handling Tug Support ("AHTS") Vessel provide anchor handling services and tow the rigs to various offshore locations. AHTS are designed and built as dual purpose vessel that can also be utilized to perform SSV services.

MMV’s objective is to be the leading provider of quality-assured supply services in OSV to support the oil and gas majors companies for both local and international. MMV aims are to safeguard its long-term perspective through a balanced chartering strategy that ensures a basic cash flow combined with an assessed exposure to the spot market. MMV aims to grow the company within OSV, both organically and through combination with other operators, in order to achieve economies of scale and stronger presence in the market. The OSV services that have been provided by MMV which are Anchor Handling Tug Support (“AHTS”) Vessel, Platform Support Vessel (“PSV”), Straight Supply Vessel (“SSV”), Utility Support Vessel (“USV”), Superfast Crew Boat, Safety Standby Vessel, Utility Crew Boat, Workboat, Pilot Boat and other vessels in the market.

Kayfour Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (KDC) have been appointed Multi Marine Venture Sdn Bhd (MMV) as a Ship Manager to operate their vessel of Anchor Handling Tug Support (AHTS) named as SK Line 82 @ M.V Adeena One.
