My comment for this foto is: I have many doubt about copyright, but maybe he has permission and works for the company.

out of a mail of sedcorp to me:_________________ I'll clarify all issues with all photos. I uploaded images for the Watson, Sisler, Dahl, Red Cloud, Charlton, Watkins, Pomeroy, and Soderman. All images with the file name "small_*******" and the desciption "Delivery Picture" are ship delivery pictures taken during sea trials of each ship after construction at NASSCO. These images are available at the Military Sealift Command website. They are available for public viewing, downloading, printing, and general public consumption. The MSC website even offers print versions and data pages of all vessels that MSC owns/operates. There are no copyright infringement issues with these images. ... ______________________

But the size is only 300px × 289px and poor quality. I feel sad that such fotos are allowed.

@ miraflores: In Holland we would say "je hebt een kort lontje", what means, that you have a somewhat agressive way of reacting. And not only that, I think you are a very childish man and I wonder why you are still annoying people here at the Digital Seas site.
