How long are the contracts?
FleetMon.com subscriptions are a convenient month-to-month service. If at any point you do not wish to continue your subscription, just cancel it and you will not be billed again a new month cycle. Alternatively, book a membership package for 3 or 12 month and save money with a one-off payment. There are no contract commitments or setup/cancellation fees. We do not offer refunds for past payments. See your profile settings page for subscription details, change of billing method and cancellation.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! You may upgrade your plans at any time or downgrade by the end of the billing period. When upgrading plans you'll receive a partial-month refund.
How do I pay?
We offer payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or money order. We accept a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Our payments are processed through our partner FastSpring. A full invoice is issued for every order.
