How long are your contracts? Are there any setup/cancellation fees?
FleetMon.com is a month to month service. There are no contract commitments or setup/cancellation fees. If at any point you do not wish to continue your subscription, just cancel it and you will not be billed again a new month cycle. We do not offer refunds for past payments. See you profile settings page for subscription details, change of billing method and cancellation.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! You may upgrade your plans at any time or downgrade by the end of the billing month. When upgrading plans you'll receive a partial-month refund.
How do I pay?
We process our payments through our partner FastSpring and accept a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal balance. You will be billed at the beginning of your month cycle the price of the subscription plan you have chosen.Company accounts
