I hope that this is the right sub-forum. Is there any way to see if a receiver is not uploading to FM database / i.e. if the receiver is down. For example in Wien/Vienna I havn't seen any ships for the last two weeks - although there are ships in the area.

Thanks
Franz

good place to ask:
yes Vienna is off for some time, we are looking for another stable provider.
In the moment only sharers have access to their antenna statistics and monitoring.
FleetMon Explorer is the best way to check out coverage via the coverage maps...

Hello,
where can I see the AIS station statistica? I am operating a station and also I am interested to see the statistics from other ports.
Is it possible to get/see that information?

Thanks

The statistics of your station are found in your My FleetMon area: MyAIS Stats
Diagrams with timeline will visualize the reception parameters. Note: only your own stations statistics are available

FleetMon Explorer will always reflect the actual situation of reception, so if you check coverage in you area, you will have a live impression of your shared signal.

Tony, I adjusted an IP sending from Middlesbrough to your account. For continously working stats, you should consider a DynDNS entry in your router. We could use that setting and your IP changes would have no impact anymore.

Thank you for replying
I'm not sure I understand the method for setting up DynDNS via router??
I'm using ship plotter to collate and send the data so would still need to transmit to other sites as well.
Please direct me or send me the instructions for DynDNS
Regards
Tony
