No access on iPhone App

After last update of the mobile App for iPhone4 I have no access to my account. The message I can see on the app is "Unknown www.fleetmon.com login..." What´s happend?
I use the same user name and password before and the same I use here.
Need help...

there seems to be an issue with a small numer of accounts and the respective right groups. we are looking after this in the moment and will hopefully solve it until this afternoon.

We double checked today the mentioned probs around authentification inside the mobile app and found that a small number of people were using credentials, which are not real User Accounts on Fleetmon.

In the new release v1.6 we sharpened the authentification inside FM Mobile to be a real one. So users should use a valid account from now on in their preference settings.
All users experiencing problems with authentication in Fleetmon Mobile should check their accounts again right here on fleetmon.com.

If you are able to login to the site, you will be able to login with FM Mobile too.

We are sorry, to not make the authentification switch more clearer.
We wanted to clean up our databases a bit, getting rid of dead accounts etc. We will clear issues over the next coming days. Please use mobile feedback, our contact page or forum for messages.

Just found and clear the login problem!

It looks like, the server doesn´t accept special character in the password for the mobile App. In my last password I had used a "#" (hash). My new password without this hash works fine :-)

Ok, we should declare then, whats possible and whats not. Will talk to developer about this.

Hey Wolfsmond,

we indeed lost some special chars while processing the login request. Unfortunately this happened only in very rare circumstances and so it was pretty hard to track down.

Well, meanwhile we fixed the issue. So its up to you to be creative again when it comes to weird signs within passwords. :-)
